TEXAS MADE KENNELS PURCHASE AGREEMENT CONTRACT
- General: TMK retains the right:
- To first choice on all litters before any public picks are made.
- To refuse the purchase of a dog to any customer.
- To replace any dog with another dog of equal value at any time.
- To repossess any dog/pup if payment is not received in full by agreed date.
- Of ownership of the pup/dog and registration certificate until payment is received in full.
- No Dogs should be intended for illegal purposes or trade.
- Deposits: A non-refundable minimum deposit of $200.00 will reserve your puppy.
- When your deposit is received, the customer will be notified via e-mail or telephone correspondence.
- Picks are reserved in the order in which the deposits are received.
- Payment: TMK retains all deposits/payments received by TMK and are non-refundable, because of the forecast of profitable loss on the dogs. No exceptions! If you place a deposit on a pup and TMK is not able to provide a pup from that litter, your deposit and any monies paid MAY transfer to another TMK breeding, upon the kennel owner's discretion.
- Payment plans will be set-up on an "at-need" basis.
- TMK accepts Western Union, PayPal, and cash payments. Money Order payments will be discussed prior to dog reservation.
- Shipping: Estimated $170.00. All dogs are shipped through Continental Airlines.
- Ground transportation is also an alternate form of shipping in summer months.
- Crates: These are quality airline approved crates (food/water dish included). Cost: $35.00
- Health Certificate and Examination: Required before shipping. Cost is $55.00 for the exam and certificate.
- The Crate fee and Health Cert. fee are payable to TMK prior to dog's shipment. No Exceptions.
- Estimated Total shipping costs: $280.00
- Fueling and Security: seven cents per pound.
- Transfer of Ownership: New owners will have 72 hours to have the newly acquired pup/dog vet checked for health defects.
- You must provide proof from a licensed vet stating defects, in order to receive an exchange. After 72 hours, TMK will not be held responsible for such defects.
- TMK provides exchanges only (NO REFUNDS).
- In such event, the customer's exchange will be from the next available litter. Therefore, the customer will receive the best pick available of equal value. (Shipping will be at the buyers' expense).
I/we have completely read and understand the terms of this contract. I/we also agree to abide by the terms of this contract and attest to these terms by my/our signature below.
